Your writing prompt · a case for a small change

Write five to seven sentences arguing for one small change you would make at your school or in your town. Use at least four of this unit's words: principle, criterion, compile, emphasize, plausible, coherent, invariably, conceivably. State the principle your case rests on, name a criterion for judging it, and emphasize your strongest point so the reader feels its weight.

We are not after the winning argument. We are after yours, built so the seams hold.

Aim for about 6 sentences.
