Your writing prompt · something steady and substantial

Write five or six sentences about something you stuck with, or something that turned out to be more real than it first seemed: a promise you kept, a plan that finally showed results, a friend who never wavered. Use at least four of this unit's words: substance, essence, designate, allocate, steadfast, tangible, substantially, inevitably. Tell us what held firm and what became tangible in the end.
